We are seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join our team and take a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation and control systems. This position requires a deep technical background in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, as well as strong project management and team collaboration skills. You will be responsible for designing control architectures, writing and testing control logic, troubleshooting complex automation issues, and ensuring systems are safe, efficient, and meet performance expectations.

This role involves working closely with engineering, operations, and external partners to deliver automation solutions across a range of industrial processes. You will also mentor junior engineers and act as the technical lead on high-impact projects.
